Unfortunately, the room didn't meet our expectations. The carpet appeared clean but felt grimey, forcing us to wear shoes indoors. Additionally, breakfast was supposed to be included but wasn't offered, leading to confusion as we drove around searching for coffee, only to find a café nearby upon our return. We also experienced a frustrating situation where guests were locked out of the building for a time.

The location is convenient, and my room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, perfect for a restful stay. The staff was friendly, ensuring an enjoyable experience overall!

Great location, super close to downtown and the Sleeping Giant Park. The deluxe king suite was huge and spotless. It had air conditioning, a coffee machine, a TV, and a beautiful private bathroom with free toiletries. The bed was so comfy, perfect for a couple's getaway!

Had a great experience with the friendly staff helping us out when we needed extra towels. The bed was nice and cozy, really made it feel like home despite the odd circumstances.
